Impactly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the demo features of the Platform for demonstration purposes only. Any data or reports provided through the demo are intended solely for informational purposes and should not be used for commercial decision-making or redistributed.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

The information and reports generated by the Platform, including demo versions, are based on publicly available information and AI-generated insights. These reports are not verified by humans and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or incomplete data. Impactly does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided.

Impactly disclaims all liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, business decisions or actions taken based on the information in demo reports.

4. No Commercial Use

You agree not to use the demo reports or any content from the Platform for commercial purposes. The demo is intended to demonstrate the capabilities of Impactly's services, and any other use, including redistribution, resale, or republishing of content, is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, designs, and trademarks available on the Platform are the property of Impactly and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without express written consent from Impactly.

6. Data Privacy

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and processing of any personal data you provide, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
